Jonathan B. Adler, Managing Director. Prior to forming GlobalNet Partners, Mr. Adler was Vice President of U.S. Equities at MLC International Investment Group, a private investment fund, where he was responsible for investing in public U.S. equities and reviewing opportunities in early stage private equity transactions. Mr. Adler’s investing activities focused primarily on the technology sector. Prior to MLC, Mr. Adler was an investment banker at Hambro America Securities, Inc. and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he was involved in merchant banking, capital raising and advisory transactions focused primarily on technology companies.

Mir Arif, Managing Director. Prior to forming GlobalNet Partners, Mr. Arif was a Vice President at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. in its Technology Investment Banking Group. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Arif was an Associate Director at Peregrine Capital, where he helped build Peregrine's U.S. corporate finance presence and the Private Placements Group in Hong Kong. Mr. Arif has also previously worked in Bear Stearns' Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Oppenheimer & Co.'s Institutional Equity Research Group. Mr. Arif has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University. Mr. Arif is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
